Collaboration with the State of SCNRFP as Emissary
As an official Emissary, Sattar Hakim, through H&T World Ltd., is proud to represent the State of SCNRFP in the following initiatives:
Major Medical Supply Project for Kenya
We are thrilled to announce that H&T World Ltd., Hong Kong, is actively working on an ambitious medical supply project. Our ongoing efforts include:
- 75 Ambulances
- 9000 ICU Beds
- 100 Wheelchairs
- Various Medical Devices
This project, valued at US$308 million, is for the Ministry of Defence, Kenya. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all our supporters and visitors.

Global Food and Medical Aid
The State of SCNRFP invites governments worldwide to submit their food and medical requirements. Requests can be sent directly to the State, with copies forwarded to emissaries for follow-up against funding programs, aid, or project loans. Land Acquisition Project
We are in search of 500 acres of coastal land in any part of the world to integrate into the State of SCNRFP. This initiative aims to support humanitarian and development projects globally.

H&T World Ltd., on behalf of the State of SCNRFP, is working to acquire an operational bank with SWIFT facilities to enhance financial and transactional efficiency.
